The idea of CareMate BD was born out of a real and relatable problem — the difficulty families face in finding dependable, trained, and respectful caregivers. In Bangladesh, especially in urban areas like Dhaka, families are often too busy or unprepared to handle the care needs of elderly parents, sick relatives, or children.
Founder Alamin, with a background in technology and tourism, saw an opportunity to combine digital efficiency with human empathy. Together with co-founders Ayesha Tanha they built a team that blends IT expertise, customer service excellence, and healthcare understanding all focused on one goal: to make caregiving professional, accessible, and humane.
What started as a small initiative has grown into a structured, trusted caregiving platform known for reliability, gender-sensitive services, and compassionate care delivery.
